KASE, together with the ARDFM, held a webinar on "Disclosure of information by issuers on the stock market"
On November 28, 2024, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, held a webinar on the topic "Disclosure of information by issuers in the stock market".
The speakers at the webinar were: Deputy Head of the Department for Monitoring and Regulation of Securities Issuers of the Securities Market Department of the ARDFM Indira Suanbekova, Chief Specialist of the Department for Monitoring and Regulation of Securities Issuers of the Securities Market Department of the ARDFM Aigul Smagulova and Director of KASE's Department for Monitoring Issuers and Members Zhuldyzgul Mazhirina.
The event was moderated by the Director of the Issuers and Investors Relations Department, Aziza Ordabaeva.
The experts shared information on the rules and procedures for disclosing information, emphasizing that this is a necessary condition not only for the successful placement of securities, but also for maintaining liquidity in the process of further circulation on the stock market. They also told what types of penalties there are in place for violating the terms of disclosure of information.
