Webinar on KASE

On December 13, 2024, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market and "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC, will hold a webinar covering several topics:

1. "Listing on KASE". Speaker – Director of KASE's Listing Department Alla Maletskaya.

2. "Approaches to building an effective corporate governance system in medium-sized companies". Speaker: Deputy Director of the ARDFM's Securities Market Department, certified trainer in corporate governance Adil Mamazhanov.

3. "Measures of state support for the development of the stock market". Speaker – Director of the Subsidy Department of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC Saule Abisheva.

The event will be moderated by the Director of the Issuers and Investors Relations Department Aziza Ordabaeva.

Listeners will learn how to build an effective corporate governance system in medium-sized companies, what steps are necessary for a successful entry into the stock exchange and what advantages the listing on KASE provides, as well as about available government support instruments and how to use them to develop a business through the stock market.
