Privacy policy

Introduction

  1. JSC "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" respects the right of each user to confidentiality. We ask you to read the Confidentiality Agreement regarding personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
  2. The agreement defines the conditions and purposes of collection, storage, protection, processing and dissemination of information about users of applications of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.
  3. The use of applications of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC means the unconditional consent of the user with this Agreement and the conditions of information processing specified in it; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from using the applications of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.

Obtaining and using personal information

  1. Applications of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC do not collect or store personal data of users.
  2. It is possible to collect statistics anonymously on the use of the application and information about crashes to improve the quality of applications of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.

Modification of the Agreement. Applicable legislation

  1. JSC "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" has the right to amend this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
  2. The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the user and JSC "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
