Developing Kazakhstan's digital asset market with KASE Digital Assets Platform

Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presented its Digital Assets Platform (DAP), an infrastructure for issue, accounting and trading of digital assets (DA) and digital financial assets (DFA).
📌 The DA and DFA market will be a new area for KASE, alongside the currency, stock and futures markets. The Exchange's goal is to provide professional participants with fast, secure and regulated access to digital instruments.
The platform accommodates two types of clients: issuers and trading participants. The Exchange clients meeting the established licensing, regulatory and compliance requirements can become the participants.
During the presentation, special attention was paid to further development of the infrastructure, including the ability to convert traditional financial instruments to DFA and vice versa.
Representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kazakhstan's Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, and the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan also participated in the meeting.
