KASE expands international distribution of exchange information

Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) is expanding the international distribution of its market data and deepening the cooperation with global and regional information platforms.
The Exchange is integrating its market data into the infrastructure of China Investment Information Services (CIIS), which will broaden access for foreign financial institutions and information platforms to data on the Kazakhstan's capital market. Deputy Chairperson of the KASE's Management Board Ainagul Iskakova announced this during the 7th Global Financial Information Vendor Conference.
"We have been working with international information vendors for many years, and today our goal is to deepen this collaboration. Active work with CIIS, KASE’s strategic partner in the Chinese market, is a significant step in this direction and an opportunity to make information about the Kazakhstan's market more accessible through financial infrastructure familiar to Chinese market participants", said Ainagul Iskakova.
Expanding of KASE’s presence in the CIIS infrastructure builds upon the Exchange’s systematic efforts to develop international distribution channels and will allow KASE to strengthen KASE’s presence in the Asian information market.
Today, KASE offers international partners a wide range of exchange information - from real-time market data to reference data, corporate events, indices and indicators, as well as data for non-display usage and creation of derivative products.
The next stage in development of KASE’s information services involves expanding the analytical component and creating the products that provide international participants with a more comprehensive understanding of the Kazakhstan's market, its instruments and issuers. Thus, the Exchange is consistently moving from the traditional distribution of market data toward deeper informational interaction with international partners.
In her address, Ainagul Iskakova also highlighted digital assets and tokenization as key strategic areas for KASE’s development. The Exchange is actively advancing in this field and expanding international dialogue on new digital instruments and technologies. KASE views China and the Asian market in general as a key area for such interaction alongside the continued expansion of distribution of traditional exchange data.
