KASE and Alatau City Authority signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of DFAs

KASE and the special management organization Alatau City Authority have signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of digital financial assets (DFAs).
Alatau City’s municipal and commercial projects will be able to attract investment through a fundamentally new format. Tokenization paves the way for bringing real-world assets ranging from large-scale infrastructure to real estate into the digital realm.
Key areas of the partnership:
🔹 developing the concept of a trading platform for tokenized assets based on KASE’s infrastructure;
🔹 creating multi-currency settlement instruments backed by tenge and foreign currencies for convenient DFA settlement;
🔹 introducing innovations in strict compliance with regulatory standards and the RK legislation.
As KASE's Management Board Chairman Adil Mukhamejanov noted, the partnership's primary goal is to provide the market with a flexible yet reliable high-tech platform that combines financial innovation with regulatory oversight.
According to Alatau City Authority CEO Alisher Abdykadyrov, tokenization fundamentally transforms the approach to financing, making municipal and commercial assets more accessible for investment through a reliable exchange infrastructure.
Stay tuned for updates - the digitalization of investment is just beginning!
