Seminar at KASE: from investor interest to a real deal

What does a company need to become understandable for global investors? Are roadshows and information publication sufficient if investors can't quickly find, compare and use this data?

These issues were discussed at the Global Settlement & Post-Trade Infrastructure seminar organized by the KASE Academy, with participation of Founder & Principal Crossbridge Advisors and Jason L. Paltrowitz, an expert with extensive work experience in international capital markets and exchange infrastructure.

According to the speaker, just promoting a company is not enough. Information about the issuer must be available where international investors already operate, that is, on well-known information platforms and in brokerage systems.

Jason L. Paltrowitz paid special attention to disclosure of information in English, financial statements and data in a format that allows investors to quickly find and compare information about a company.

The speaker emphasized that information publishing alone does not mean that investors will be able to find, understand and use it when making an investment decision.

Accessibility and clarity of information is one of the key factors in increasing the global investor interest in Kazakhstan's issuers.
