/KASE, April 19, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
from April 19, 2021, trading in common shares KZ000A1CTGM4 (KASE main market,
category "standard", KZTC) of KazTransCom JSC (Almaty) was resumed on KASE.
Trades in these shares were suspended on KASE from March 17, 2021.
Trades in these shares have been resumed due to the receipt by KASE of a
letter from KazTransCom JSC dated April 15, 2021, stating that on March 19,
2021, a deal to buy out common shares was completed, as a result of which
JYSAN VENTURES LLP holds 100% of securities of KazTransCom JSC.
