/KASE, March 17, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since
March 17, 2021, trading in common shares KZ000A1CTGM4 (KASE main market, category
"standard", KZTC) of KazTransCom JSC (Almaty) has been suspended on KASE.
Trading has been suspended on the basis of a letter from KazTransCom JSC
dated March 16, 2021 with a request to suspend the offering and circulation of
these shares following the request of Jysan Ventures LLP (a shareholder of
KazTransCom JSC) for repurchase of these shares from minority shareholders.
Earlier there was a related KASE news dated February 16, 2021 "Jysan Ventures
