listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following request of Jysan Ventures LLP for selling ordinary shares

... as a result of the acquisition by the Limited Liability Partnership "Jysan
Ventures" in the secondary securities market of 95.21% of ordinary voting shares
of KazTransCom JSC, on February 12, 2021 by the Management Board of the
Limited Liability Partnership "Jysan Ventures" (hereinafter – the "Partnership")
it was decided to exercise the right of claim on buyout of voting shares from
the rest of shareholders of KazTransCom JSC in accordance with item 1 of Art.
25-1 of the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies" dated
13.05.2003.
Name of the Partnership: Limited Liability Partnership "Jysan Ventures".
Location of the Partnership: 242 Nursultan Nazarbayev ave., Medeu district,
Almaty 050059, Kazakhstan.
Number of voting shares of KazTransCom JSC belonging to the Partnership:
2,221,142 (two million two hundred twenty-one thousand one hundred forty two);
which is 95.21%
Proposed purchase price of voting shares of KazTransCom JSC: 5750 tenge per
