/KASE, March 16, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading
in the following bonds of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) will be
suspended on KASE as of March 18, 2020.
- KZ2C00002855 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, HSBKb18);
- KZ2C00003077 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, HSBKb19).
The trading was suspended due to holding general meetings of holders of these
bonds, where the introduction of amendments to the terms of issue prospectus of
these bonds was considered.
Trades in these bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next working day after
receipt of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds by KASE and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository on resuming their placement and
circulation in its accounting system.
