/KASE, February 25, 2020/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty,
hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that a general meeting of holders
of bonds KZ2C00003077 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HSBKb19) by
absentee voting will be held on March 18, 2020.
The meeting agenda features the issue of "Making amendments to the issue
prospectus of the first bond issuance under the fourth bond program of Halyk
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (ISIN KZ2C00003077)".
