KASE held a webinar "Disclosure of information by issuers on the stock market"
On April 15, 2025, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, together with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, held a webinar on the topic "Disclosure of information by issuers on the stock market".
🔸 The speakers at the webinar were: Deputy Head of the Department for Monitoring and Regulation of Securities Issuers of the ARDFM Indira Suanbekova, Chief Specialist of the Department for Monitoring and Regulation of Securities Issuers of the ARDFM Dinara Kanatbaeva, and Director of the Department for Monitoring Issuers and Members of the Exchange Zhuldyz Mazhirina.
🔸 The event was moderated by the Director of the Issuers and Investors Relations Department, Aziza Ordabaeva.
🔸 The experts shared information on the rules and procedures for disclosing information, emphasizing that this is a necessary condition not only for the successful placement of securities, but also for maintaining liquidity during further circulation on the stock market. They also explained what types of penalties there are for violating the terms of information disclosure.
