BI Development Ltd. Issuer Day
On May 20, 2025, KASE held the Issuer Day with the management of Development Ltd., dedicated to Review of 2024 Financial Results. The event took place at the President's Park residential complex in the Miras microdistrict.
The first speaker was Rasul Mustafin, CEO of BI Development South, who noted that the company is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. According to him, the company considers particularly important the ESG area and social projects - construction of schools and kindergartens, including as part of the Bigville project.
Its essence is that schools, kindergartens, green parks, shops, cozy recreation areas and work spaces are located within a walking distance. Also an important area is the project for development of the Kazakh language, together with the Kazakh Tili international society.
Anastasiya Kim, CFO of BI Group, spoke in detail about the projects that are being implemented in seven countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the USA and Azerbaijan.
Saken Abilmazhinov, CFO of BI Development North, shared key operating indicators for 2024. He also spoke about the second placement of bonds on KASE, which will take place on May 29, 2025, the expected placement volume is 18 bln tenge. The first placement took place in October 2024.
Overall, the speakers shared the results and prospects of BI Development, and also talked about bond programs and strategic projects.
Aziza Ordabayeva, Director of the Department for Work with Issuers and Investors at KASE, moderated the event.
Visitors of the event got acquainted with the President's Park project and took part in a tour of this residential complex.

The company has 100 projects to its credit. Over the years of operations, more than 8 million square meters of housing have been built.
