KASE held an introductory seminar for students of ATU
On 08 April 2025, KASE hosted a meeting with 2nd year students of the speciality "Finance" of Almaty Technological University.
The participants took part in the lecture ‘Introduction to the securities market’, the speaker of which was Nurbek Adambekov, training coordinator of the Department for Work with Issuers and Investors of KASE.
The audience learnt about the history of the Exchange's establishment and development, got acquainted with the basics of the stock market, the main investment instruments and learnt about KASE's role in the financial system of Kazakhstan. They were also provided with information on opportunities for novice investors, mechanisms of securities trading, pricing principles and regulation of exchange activities.
At the end of the meeting, students asked all the questions they were interested in.
KASE in order to improve financial literacy regularly holds meetings with students and schoolchildren, sharing financial market trends with future financiers and economists of the country.
