
Which securities are admitted to circulation?
Securities issued by any persons in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the legislation of a foreign country may be admitted to circulation in the “Unlisted securities” sector if they meet the following requirements or the legislation of a foreign country, if the securities meet the following requirements:
1) the securities have been assigned an international identification number ISIN;
2) securities are or will be registered after their admission by the Central Securities Depository JSC or in the accounting system of international depositories Clearstream, Euroclear and/or foreign depositories, which are accounting organizations for the Central Securities Depository in accordance with its internal documents;
3) a member of KASE in the “Non-listing securities” sector acts as an initiator of securities admission to circulation in the “Stock” category.
KASE does not charge fees for admittance to circulation and for securities being in “Non-listing securities” sector.

In case the deals with securities are not made at the trades held by KASE during 180 consecutive calendar days - securities are excluded from the number of securities admitted to such circulation in “Non-listing securities” sector
