For securities of large companies with a life span of more than three years, with a history of development and a certain level of income. Securities of such companies potentially attract a larger number of investors, as they have stricter criteria and listing requirements, as well as disclosure obligations

For securities of small and medium-sized businesses, where simplified listing requirements are provided and information disclosure requirements are understated

For special purpose securities, for example government securities, securities of international financial organizations, investment funds Islamic securities. In November 2021 KASE launched a new sector – KASE Global, where foreign shares and ETFs as well can be traded

For non-state securities subject to private placement which under the Securities Market Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan are placed among a limited range of qualified investors
