/KASE, August 20, 2026/ – On August 18, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00019458 (NCOMb15; $100, $10.0 mln; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of August 20, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
