/KASE, August 13, 2026/ – On August 11, 2026 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00019169 (FPSTb13; $100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of BASS Gold LLP (Ulytau region) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is August 13, 2026.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
