KASE published on its website the June PMI overview of Kazakhstan's manufacturing sectors from Freedom Holding Corp.
/KASE, July 1, 2026/ – Freedom Holding Corp. provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with an overview of the business activity index (PMI) for Kazakhstan's manufacturing sectors for June 2026.
Below are comments from Saltanat Mukhambetaliyeva, Head of Economic Research and Analytics at Freedom Holding Operations LLP:
"June data indicate a further tightening of business conditions in Kazakhstan's manufacturing sectors. The industry's dynamics in recent months increasingly indicate a high dependence of enterprises on availability of financial resources, although other factors constraining production activity also remain. Under these conditions, the manufacturers are forced to take a rather conservative approach to working capital management and production planning. The continued positive expectations, albeit at their lowest since the start of the year, may indicate that industry representatives still retain hope for improving business conditions over the next 12 months. Expanding of business financing options could be one of the factors supporting market participants during a period of ongoing uncertainty and increased volatility in regional and global markets".
