/KASE, June 29, 2026/ – On June 26, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include into KASE's official list in bonds category of the alternative board the bonds KZ2P00018559 (ERBBb2; 1,000 tenge; 5.0 bln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 25.00% per annum; 30/360) of Eurasia Building-British LLP (Karaganda).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on June 29, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the second under the first bond program of Eurasia Building-British LLP, registered on April 23, 2026, in the amount of 10.0 bln tenge.
