/KASE, June 15, 2026/ – The consolidated financial statements of Kaspi.kz JSC (KASE ticker – KSPI) for 2025 and the auditor's report have been published.

According to the report of Deloitte LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Kaspi.kz JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
