/KASE, May 28, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that as of May 28, 2026, the following information on bonds KZ2C00004539 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, ORPTb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.5 bn; 18.07.19 – 18.07.26; semi-annual coupon, 10.50 % APR; 30/360) of Wholesale and retail trade venture JSC has been altered in KASE's trading system and databases:

• maturity of the bonds was altered from 7 to 14 years.
