/KASE, May 26, 2026/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture JSC (KASE ticker – ORPT) provided the amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00004539 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", ORPTb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.5 bn; 18.07.19 – 18.07.26; semi-annual coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360) registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on May 22, 2026, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one previously issued.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificate was replaced due to a change in the maturity date of the bonds;
• term has been changed from seven years to 14 years.
