/KASE, March 31, 2026/ – On March 31, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017577 (SCLBb3; $100, $10.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Schoolbus LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of March 31, 2026.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
The issue of these bonds is the first under the second bond program of Schoolbus LLP, registered on February 26, 2026 in the amount of $20.0 million.
