/KASE, February 18, 2026/ – On February 17, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00017288 (FPSTb8; $100, $5.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360) of BASS Gold LLP (Ulytau region) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of February 19, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
