/KASE, January 26, 2026/ – On January 22, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00016905 (ASKQb 2; $100, $11.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360) of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of January 26, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
