/KASE, January 22, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that the following information on bonds KZ2P00004500 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, FATNb3; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 20.02.19 – 20.02.26; semi- annual coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Faeton Company LLP will be changed in KASE's trading system and databases, effective January 23, 2026:

• the term of the bonds has been changed from seven to 14 years.

Trading in these bonds, which had been suspended since December 10, 2025, will resume on KASE from January 23.
