/KASE, January 22, 2026/ – Faeton Company LLP (KASE ticker – FATN) has provided the amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00004500 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", FATNb3; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 20.02.19 – 20.02.26; semi-annual coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360) registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on January 16, 2026, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one previously issued.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificate was replaced due to a change in the maturity date of the bonds;
• the term has been changed from seven years to 14 years.
