/KASE, December 19, 2025/ – On December 17, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include into KASE's official list in bonds category of the alternative market the bonds KZ2P00016074 (MFLNb1; 1,000 tenge; 1.0 bln tenge; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 20.00% per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization Lender LLP (Aktobe).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 19, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the first under the first bond program of Microfinance Organization Lender LLP, registered on October 29, 2025, in the amount of 5.0 bln tenge.

The main activity of Microfinance Organization Lender LLP is provision of microloans.
