/KASE, November 19, 2025/ – On November 18, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00016116 (TTLSb1; $100, $20.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360) of TRANZIT TRANS LOGISTICS LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on November 19, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
