/KASE, August 12, 2025/ – On August 11, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014673 (MRDNb1, $10.0, $10.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for bond offering; 30/360) of Managing Company "Marden Property" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission shall enter into force on August 12, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

This bond issue is the first within the first bond program of Managing Company "Marden Property" LLP, registered on July 2, 2025 for a total amount of 100.0 million US dollars.
