/KASE, July 14, 2025/ – On July 10, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014293 (ASBLb1; 1,000 tenge, 200.0 mln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 20.25 % per annum; 30/360) of Asia Bell LLP (Qaraghandy) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 14, 2025.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The specified bonds are an issue of bonds under the program of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC for subsidizing the coupon interest rate on bonds issued by business entities. The subsidized part of the coupon interest rate is 14.25 % per annum, the non-subsidized part is 6.00 % per annum.

The financial consultant of Asia Bell LLP is BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC.
