/KASE, February 13, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated February 10 of 2006 KZ2CKY05B885 issue bonds
of NGSK KazStroyService JSC (Almaty) (KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn.; 5 yeas,
annual coupon, 9.0% APR, 30/360) have been included in KASE's official
"A" listing category under KASSb1 symbol.
Date, on which the above decision will take effect, will be announced later
after the issuer pays the listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be given
later.
TuranAlem Securities JSC (Almaty) acted as the issuer's financial
consultant to bring the bonds to the organized market.
Detailed information about the securities issue will be available on KASE's

decision of the Exchange's Council takes effect.
