FSA registered issue of announced shares of Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, August 22, 05/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with copy of certificate about state registration of issue of the bank's announced shares. The issue is registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFS) on August 16, 2005 and is divided in 109,998 common shares KZ1C31550011. The issue is included in state register under A3155 number. As on August 16, 2005 total of 62,763 common shares were floated and paid. Authorized capital is formed in the amount KZT6,000,017,274.
