Changes in the charter of UKTMC JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, June 21, 05/ - Ust-Kamenogorsk titanium -magnesium combine JSC (UKTMC JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk), whose shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE about inclusion of a change in the company's charter. In accordance with the change number of offered shares of UKTMC JSC is 2,050,290, of them 1,942,380 common and 107,910 privileged shares. Size of company's authorized capital is KZT169,245,580.
