/KASE, February 21, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC (KASE ticker – FRMP) dated February 18, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: N.S. Baibazarov;
• elected: S. Zhumangarin.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Damu" Entrepreneurship development fund JSC consists of seven persons.
