"Green" bonds KZ2C00012482 (HSBKb22) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan pass listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, November 18, 2024/ – On November 18, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has made a decision to include "green" bonds KZ2C00012482 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 3 years; floating semi-annual coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin rate will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades for the offering of bonds; actual/365) of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the eighth under the third bond program of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, registered on June 22, 2007, in the amount of KZT200.0 bn. The financial consultant of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC. The said bonds have been assigned the abbreviated designation (trade code) HSBKb22.
