KASE held the "Issuer Day" of Private company BI DEVELOPMENT Ltd.

/KASE, October 21, 2024/ – On October 18, 2024, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) held a meeting with representatives of the Private company BI Development Ltd. (hereinafter – BI Development Ltd.) as part of the Issuer Day project. The meeting was dedicated to the debut issue and placement on KASE of tenge and dollar-denominated bonds of BI Development Ltd. The event featured speakers Ruslan Embergenov, Finance director of BI Development Ltd., and Saken Abilmazhinov, Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury of BI Development Ltd. The presentation was also attended by representatives of the underwriters consortium: Amanat Iskakov, Director of the Corporate Finance Department of BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC, Roman Asilbekov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Sanzhar Ospanov, Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Department of First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC. Representatives of BI Development Ltd. spoke about the results of the company's 29-year work on the market, ongoing real estate construction projects in Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as plans to launch new infrastructure projects using funds raised from the placement of bonds.
