Bonds KZ2P00011968 (MFMCb2) of MFO "MyCar Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, October 21, 2024/ – On October 18, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011968 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty). The issue of these bonds is the second one under the first bond program of MFO "MyCar Finance" LLP, registered on February 9, 2024 in the amount of 20.0 billion tenge. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFMCb2.
