/KASE, October 15, 2024/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of the Board of Directors dated October 9, 2024: to issue 111,150 ordinary shares at an offering price of 48,583 tenge per share on the OTC securities market, subject to the pre-emptive purchase right.
