/KASE, October 9, 2024/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 26, 2024, the
following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:
- A. Ryskulov;
- Y. Berdigulov;
- K. Irubaev;
- Y. Otynshiev;
- N. Godunova;
- N. Sauranbaev;
- Ulf Wokurka;
- John McKay;
- Alexander Andreas Schierhuber.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of nine people.
