/KASE, October 8, 2024/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 1, 2024, the following
persons were elected to the Board of Directors:
- N. Aidapkelov,
- A. Prashev,
- N. Koshkimbaev,
- K. Sapulatov,
- R. Abdusalamov,
- Thomas Dohrenwendt.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of JSC
KazAgroFinance consists of six people.
