/KASE, October 7, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on October 4, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market: - KZ2C00012326 (INCApp2; 1,000 tenge, 14,850,000,000 tenge, 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined on the date of bond placement, 30/360); - KZ2C00012342 (INCApp3; 1,000 tenge, 6,405,240,000 tenge, 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.25 % per annum; 30/360); - KZ2C00012359 (INCApp4; 1,000 tenge, 5,594,760,000 tenge, 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.25 % per annum; 30/360).
