KASE Listing commission decided to include three issues of bonds of Intergas Central Asia in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, October 4, 2024/ – On October 4, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market: - KZ2C00012326 (1,000 tenge, 14,850,000,000 tenge, 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined on the date of bond placement, 30/360), trading code – INCApp2; - KZ2C00012342 (1,000 tenge, 6,405,240,000 tenge, 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.25 % per annum; 30/360), trade code – INCApp3; - KZ2C00012359 (1,000 tenge, 5,594,760,000 tenge, 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.25 % per annum; 30/360), trade code – INCApp4. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect. [2024-10-04]
