/KASE, October 1, 2024/ – On October 1, 2024, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00011898 (1,000 tenge; 20.0 billion tenge; 7 years; inflation-indexed semi-annual coupon; 30/360), trading code – FFBNb2; - KZ2C00011922 (1,000 tenge; 36.0 billion tenge; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360), trading code – FFBNb3; - KZ2C00011930 ($100, $50.0 million; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360), trading code – FFBNb4. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Committee will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of bonds KZ2C00011898 is the first under the first bond program of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC, registered on August 26, 2024 in the amount of 100.0 billion tenge. The issue of bonds KZ2C00011922 is the first under the second bond program of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC, registered on August 28, 2024 in the amount of 200.0 billion tenge. The issue of bonds KZ2C00011930 is the first under the third bond program of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC, registered on August 28, 2024 in the amount of $300.0 million.
