Bonds KZ2P00012230 (MFLGb4) of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, September 27, 2024/ – On September 27, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00012230 (KZT1,000, KZT500.0 mln; 1 year 3 months, quarterly coupon, 20.00 % APR; 30/360) of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second within the first bond program of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP, registered on August 19, 2024 in the amount of KZT5.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP is Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFLGb4.
