Bonds KZ2C00012185 (LZGRb8) and KZ2C00012193 (LZGRb9) of Leasing Group pass listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, September 19, 2024/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 19, 2024 decided to include the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2C00012185 ($1,000, $5.0 million; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360); - KZ2C00012193 (1,000 tenge, 2.5 billion tenge; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) LZGRb8 and LZGRb9, respectively. More detailed information on these bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2024-09-19]
