Bonds KZ2P00012206 (MFLGb2) and KZ2P00012214 (MFLGb3) of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" pass listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, September 19, 2024/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 19, 2024 decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00012206 (KZT1,000, KZT600.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360); - KZ2P00012214 (KZT1,000, KZT500.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) MFLGb2 and MFLGb3, respectively. More detailed information on these bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2024-09-19]
