Eurasian Bank says Moody's Ratings upgraded the bank's ratings; outlook "Stable"
/KASE, September 18, 2024/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On September 12, 2024, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service upgraded the following ratings of the Bank:
- the long-term rating of deposits in national and foreign currencies was raised from "Ba3" to "Ba2";
- the outlook has been changed from "Positive" to "Stable";
- the long-term counterparty risk rating in national and foreign currencies was raised from "Ba2" to "Ba1";
- the long-term counterparty risk assessment has been increased from "Ba2(cr)" to "Ba1(cr)";
- the baseline credit assessment was raised from "b1" to "ba3".
The Bank's following ratings have also been affirmed:
- short-term counterparty risk assessment has been affirmed at "NP(cr)";
- short-term counterparty risk rating has been affirmed at "NP";
- short-term deposit rating has been affirmed at "NP".
